WHAT IS DEHYDRATION ?

Dehydration is a common concern during the summer months when the weather is hot and people tend to lose more fluids through sweating. It occurs when the body loses more water than it takes in, leading to an imbalance of electrolytes and potential health problems. SYMPTOMS OF DEHYDRATION:
